JEKA @ Oosterhout Twins 2, a Photo Impression
Today, yours truly defied a scorching heat and headed to Oosterhout once again, to watch the Eerste Klasse game between Jeka (Jeugdig Elan Kan Alles = youthful impetus can do everything) from Breda and hosting Twins 2, a regional derby. This matchup never was a real game, as Twins 2 was no match for the team from Breda, which eventually won 5-18.
With many players of the second team (or farm team) of Twins have been promoted to the flagship team, the farm team is very inexperienced. Some players lacked proper fundamentals. As a result, the team is dead last in the standings. One advantage is that the Eerste Klasse, is also a closed circuit this year, so no team can be demoted, so pre-eminently, this is a good year to learn.
Here is a photo impression of the game.
