After Silicon Storks, Quick Amersfoort, Oosterhout Twins and DSS/Kinheim, a fifth Dutch hoofdklase club has turned to crowdfunding to pay for the costs of corona tests.

The fifth one is HCAW from Bussum. In order to be able to prepare for the upcoming season, every Dutch hoofdklasse club needs to test its players twice a week. This will cost each club an estimated 200 Euros per week.
HCAW (Honkbalclub Allen Weerbaar = Baseball Club Everyone Defensible) has created its own crowdfunding page:

So far nineteen donations have been made and 1,120 Euros of 5, 000 has been collected.
If you support HCAW or have a soft spot for the club, you can go to their crowdfunding page to make them reach the needed 5,000 Euros.
