New Ontario Ballpark to be Named ONT Field
The new ballpark in Ontario, CA, that will be home to the Dodgers’ A-ball affiliate (now still playing in Rancho Cucamonga) will be called ONT Field, after the nearby international airport of Ontario.

Wednesday, the Ontario Baseball club unveiled the name of their future ballpark. During a press conference in the Ontario Convention Center, the club showed a promotional video that announced the new name: ONT Field. Luggage tags and foam baseballs with ONT Field logos represented the naming right partner.

ONT is the abbreviation of Ontario International Airport, which is located South of the Interstate 10 and about two miles north of 9375 E. Riverside Dr, the location of ONT Field.
Wednesday’s announcement clears the way for the baseball club’s next reveal, the official team name and mascot. These reveals are set to be announced at a community celebration beginning at 5:30 p.m. September 18 in the Ontario Town Square at 224 N. Euclid Ave. The event will feature past Dodger players, a drone show and live music.
The new ballpark will feature aviation themed concession areas, retailers, and club boxes to promote the cooperation between the ballpark and the sponsor.
