Another talent from Curacao signed by MLB club

Jacques Sambo, a talented RHP pitcher from Curacao is the next talened kid from Curacao that has been signed by a Major League club.
The 16-year old kid signed a contract with the Houston Astros.
Sambo, born on July 27 1998 has played little league on the Referina ISLA team from Curacao.

It remains to be seen where he will start his professional career. Because of his age, it is very likely that he will start playing in the Venezuelan Summer League or in the Dominican Summer League. Or perhaps he will start next year in the Curacao Summer League that will be started as replacement of the Venezuelan Summer League.
