Today, the thirteen-time Belgian champions Brasschaat Braves celebrated its sixty-fifth anniversary. To celebrate this festive day, there was a bouncing castle, several youth games were played, there was a slow pitch softball game between parents and youth players and of course the main dish, a doubleheader between Phoenix Mont-Saint-Guibert and Brasschaat Braves. Both games were won by the Braves, game one 7-6, and game two 11-1 in seven mercy rule innings. Here is a photo impression of today’s festivities.
