On the fourth day of the 2021 Federation Cup, Olimpija Karlovac proved to be the main canddate to win the tournament and earn a promotion to the CEB cup for Croatia in 2022.
The Croation champion beat the Vienna Wanderers 23-6 in game one and the Brasschaat Braves 10-6 in the nightcap.
