According to the Czech baseball website milujeme-baseball.cz, Aruban-born Eugene Helder will return to the multiple Czech champions.

Helder joined the Dragons from Brno at the end of the regular season. He played a total of seven games in which he batted .333 with a .515 OBP and a .619 slugging percentage.
During the playoffs, his numbers improved as he played 21 games with a batting average of .409. Additionally, 19 out of his 27 hits were extra-base hits. During the 2021 CEB Cup, Helder was also clutch as he gave Draci several important hits and largely contributed to their win in the tournament. He also became the batter with the best slugging percentage (1,250) at the CEB Cup tournament in France.
Helder has several years of professional experience under his belt as he played six years in the farm system of the Seattle Mariners. In 2017, he reached AAA Tacoma, where he batted a modest .167. After his MiLB career, he joined Fortitudo Bologna in Italy in 2020, where he played only eight games in which he batted an impressive .407, with an OBP of .469 and a slugging percentage of .444.
