In the bottom four competition, the following games were scheduled: Quick Amersfoort @ Oosterhout Twins and Silicon Storks @ DSS/Kinheim.

Quick Amersfoort 9 – 7 Oosterhout Twins
(Relief) pitching seems to be the Achilles Heel of Twins lately. After Stefan Iannelli had given up six runs (four earned) to Quick Amersfoort, Javier Montero pitched two solid innings in which he limited Quick to one hit and a walk an struck out one.
In the mean time, Oosterhout Twins had made a comeback in the fifth after the team trailed 6-1. Two singles, a double and a couple of miscues by the defense of Quick Amersfoort allowed five runners to cross home plate to tie the game at six. One inning later, Twins took the lead when Rayshelon Carolina scored on a sac fly hit by Tyriq Kemp.
When Raf Cocu took the mound in the eighth, he struggled a bit with his control as he threw two wild pitches but he managed to keep Quick scoreless. But in the ninth inning, things would have a bitter turn for Twins. Raf Cocu managed to record two outs but then with runners on first and second, Tijmen Takke doubled home the two. Taylor Clemensia singled home the third run of that inning.
Wendel Floranus, who pitched the final inning, earned the win. He allowed two hits and struck out one. Raf Cocu took the loss.
Best hitters for Quick Amersfoort were Ademar Rifaela and Taylor Clemensia. Both went 2 for 4 with two RBI. Rifaela scored twice, Clemensia once.

Silicon Storks 3 – 4 DSS/Kinheim
In a very close game, Silicon Storks could not cling on to their lead. After both teams scored a run in the third inning, Storks scored a run in the fourth and one in the sixth to take a 3-1 lead. But in the bottom of the sixth, Nick Hofer drove in Aiden Finnegan and Wesley van Hemert scored on a wild pitch.
In the following two innings not much happened but in the ninth, the game would have a very bitter end for Storks. With the bases loaded, Mitchel Dautzenberg scored on a wild pitch by Diornick Sanchez who took the loss. Robin Clara pitched 1.1 inning in relief in which he issued one walk and struck out three for the win.
Tijmen Nagel was the best hitter, average wise as he went 1 for 1.
