But Panama bounced back as they scored two runs in the fifth and two in the sixth inning to make it a game again. But Curaçao remained in the lead as they scored a run in the top of the sixth inning.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Diegomar Markwell was replaced by Wendell Floranus. Floranus lasted until the ninth when he was replaced by closer Shairon Martis.
Martis retired the side for the save. Despite giving up eleven hits, Diegomar Markwell earned the win.

Best hitter for the Wildcats was Rojean Cleofa, who went 3 for 3. The Wildcats were very effective as they collected only seven hits compared with the Bravos de Urracá, who are managed by Curaçaoan Sharnoll Adriana, thirteen.
