yankeebiscuitfan’s Dutch blog and diamond-pride.com team up
www.diamond-pride.com and yankeebiscuitfan’s Dutch blog have teamed up to a strategic partnership.

Diamond-pride is a Munich based baseball webshop that serves the German and Austrian market right now, but an expansion to other markets may be very well possible in the future. Not only does the company sell baseball (related) equipment, it also has its own designing department that designs logos for baseball clubs. Currently the Munich Caribes, the Laufer Wölfe, the Freising Grizzlies, the Munich Flashmob and the Attnang-Puchheim Athletics are their customer. Diamond-pride tries to integrate the city’s heritage of their customers into the logos.
Take the Attnang-Puchheim Athletics’ logo for example. The logo contains a phoenix (the legendary firebird) that is part of the city’s coat of arms since World War II, when the city was bombed because it was an important railroad junction. The city rose out of its ashes and that is what the phoenix stands for.
The Munich Flashmob is a team of former Bundesliga players that ended

up in the Munich area for their jobs. Three/four times a year, they play a game vs Bundesliga teams in the area. Many of the players wanted to have their own hats and jerseys and that was the beginning of Diamond-pride.com.
After some talk through Facebook chat, we discovered that both parties have something in common. Yankeebiscuitfan’s Dutch blog often posts about changes in major and minor league logos, caps and jerseys and designing logos, caps and jerseys is exactly what Diamond-pride.com does.
If you are curious about the products that Diamond-pride.com sells, just visit their website www.diamond-pride.com . You will be surprised by the great merchandise of the aforementioned ball clubs.
To finish, I’d like to thank Diamond-pride.com for this partnership.
