The other Yoan is waiting for clearance by US OFAC
Yoan Moncada, the Cuban five tool player remains available after the Diamondbacks signed his namesake Lopez.

The weird thing is that the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control has not cleared him yet. The reason for that is unclear and there is no time table set.
Moncada reportedly is on the radar of the following clubs: Yankees (of course. The press links every available player to the Yankees), the Dodgers, and the Red Sox.
Moncada is just 19 years old and is playing shortstop. If the Yankees sign him, I don’t see him appear on the MLB squad right away, but he may be a “threat” to current shortstop Didi Gregorius in the long run.
So far Moncada has only played two seasons in the highest Cuban League, the Serie Nacional. In the 2012-2013 season he hit .283/.414/.348 in 172 plate appearances. In the past season he hit 273/.365/.406 in 195 plate appearances.
In previous seasons he made his presence felt in the 16U and 18U leagues of Cuba: 500/.643/.918 in 158 plate appearances in the 16U league. In the 18U league he dominated the opposing pitchers and hit 434/.543/.648 in 152 plate appearances with a league-best 20 steals in 24 tries.
If the 19-year old will be cleared, you can count on it that the amount that Yoan Lopez received will be shattered.
This video does not really show how good he is but it gives an impression.
No matter which team will sign him, he will be that team’s top prospect for sure.
