Today, M Sports, the clothing sponsor of team Kingdom of the Netherlands, unveiled the home uniform of the team.
The uniform contains a white jersey and pants with navy pinstripes, and the words Kingdom of the Netherlands in navy as well. On the right sleeve, the Dutch flag is added. Assumingly, the 2023 World Baseball Classic logo will be added to the left sleeve.
In the previous four editions, the clothing sponsor of MLB, Majestic, provided the uniforms for this tournament, but it looks like the participating countries have the freedom to choose the uniform provider they want .
With the Dutch flag and the WBC logo on the sleeves, there will be some color added to this uniform, but IMHO, a bit more colour, could have been added to the front of the jersey.
Since Orange is the national colour of the Netherlands, that would have been a good option.
Since the clothing sponsor also presented some hoodies (with with navy pinstripes and navy with white pinstripes), it may very well be that the road uniforms (at least the jerseys) will be navy with white pinstripes and will be presented any time soon.
