Tomorrow, not only the European Champions Cup will take off, but also the CEB Cup, the UEFA League of European Baseball, will start. The tournament will be played at the ballpark of the Templiers de Sénart.
Six teams will participate. Originally, this number would be seven but the Belgian representative, Deurne Spartans, withdrew at the eleventh hour, which made it impossible for other Belgian teams, who could replace the Spartans, to prepare themselves properly. As a result, Belgium now has lost its spot in the CEB cup.
