The Huntsville Stars tied the divisional series at two with a 4-0 victory over Chattanooga. Hainley Statia got a pinch hit appearance in which he grounded out 4-3. Shawn Zarraga didn’t play.

A Advanced
Potomac tied the Carolina League’s championship series at one with a 3-0 victory over Myrtle Beach. Centerfielder Randolph Oduber got one basehit out of four at bats and struck out once.

A Full Season
The Lake County Captains advanced to the championship series of the Midwest League. They beat the Fort Wayne TinCaps 5-1. Catcher Sicnarf Loopstok didn’t play.

A Short Season
The State College Spikes won the first game of the championship series of the New York – Penn League. Darren Seferina went 0 for 3 and drew one walk.

In the Northwest League, the Hillsboro Hops ended the threepeat bid of the Vancouver Canadians. In the second game of the best of  three championship series, the Hops beat the Canadians 4-3. Relief pitcher Adaric Kelly didn’t pitch.
