Today, yours truly went to Borgerhout (Antwerp) to attend a game between hosts Borgerhout Squirrels and guests Brussels Kangaroos. For the Kangaroos it was the first practice game after coming out of hibernation and it showed. The team looked somewhat rusty but of course, several injuries and sicknesses didn’t help their cause. The game took place in chilly weather with gusty winds. But despite the chilly weather it was good to be around a baseball diamond again.
