On day three of round seven, three games were scheduled: UVV @ Mampaey the Hawks; HCAW @ Pronto DSS and Corendon Kinheim @ Vaessen Pioniers.
The game between L&D Amsterdam Pirates vs Curacao Neptunus was played yesterday. Yesterday’s game was scheduled on Friday but it was cancelled due to bad weather conditions. It will be played on June 9. Both Pirates and Neptunus will play European Cup tournaments next week.

The game between Corendon Kinheim and Vaessen Pioniers was cancelled today because of rainfall and bad field conditions. It has been rescheduled for Tuesday June 2nd.

UVV @ Mampaey the Hawks  13 – 0

Mampaey the Hawks was no match for UVV. The team from Utrecht took a 1-0 lead in the first inning and extended the lead in the second with another run. Big innings in the third and fourth lifted their score to 10-0. In the third inning, Dennis de Quint led off with a single, followed by a double down the left field line, hit by Mike Bazuin, that put runners on the corners. When Norbert Jongerius also hit a single, Dennis de Quint scored and Mike Bazuin advanced to third base. To avoid the force out at second base, Norbert Jongerius stole second, followed by another double down the left field line, this time hit by Thomas Smits, that drove in both Bazuin and Jongerius. Smits advanced to third on a ground out hit by Sam van Dijck and was balked in by pitcher Kevin van Veen.
Eventually, UVV scored three more runs; one in the fifth and two in the sixth inning. The game ended after the final out of the seventh inning as result of the mercy rule. Hawks had runners in scoring position twice, but failed to score. 
Jurjen van Zijl pitched five innings for the win, in which he allowed three hits and struck out three. Kevin van Veen took the loss after 3.1 ininngs in which he allowed eight runs on nine hits. He walked three and fanned one.
Thomas Smits was the best hitter for UVV. He went 5 for 5 with a double, two runs batted in and three runs scored. Odion Gouverneur and Steven Wharwood both went 2 for 3 for Mampaey the Hawks and were responsible for all hits for the team from Dordrecht.

HCAW @ Pronto DSS  8 – 4

HCAW took the lead a couple of times, but every time Pronto DSS managed to tie the game again until the seventh inning. HCAW took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first, but DSS scored a run in the bottom of the first and in the bottom of the second. Again HCAW scored two runs in the fifth inning but in the bottom of that very same inning, DSS tied the game again.
But a big seventh inning gave the team from Bussum a decisive lead. Rossini Frolijk led of the seventh with a double and advanced to third on a passed ball. Raoull Kortstam drew a walk. When Kevin Bosch threw a wild pitch, Frolijk scored the first run of the inning and Kortstam advanced to second. A single by Gianni Frolijk put runners on the corners, followed by a single hit by Rikkert Kempen that drove in Raoull Kortstam for the second run for HCAW. Mark van Deursen then replaced Kevin Bosch on the mound and started with a wild pitch that allowed Frolijk and Kempen to advance a base. But the bases were loaded when Peter van Doesburg was given an intentional walk. After Max Clarijs struck out, Jarreau Martina doubled and drove in two more runs to reach the final score of 8-4.
Giovanni Tensen earned the win. In six innings he allowed four runs (one earned) on six hits. He walked three and struck out two. Kevin Bosch was tabbed with the loss. His relief appearance lasted a third of an inning. He gave up four runs on three hits and two walks. Gianni Frolijk was the best hitter for HCAW as he went 2 for 5 with a run scored. Joffrey Heus went 1 for 3 with two runs batted in for DSS
