Belgian Division One Transactions For 2026: Brasschaat Braves

It is time to report about the transactions for the upcoming 2026 Belgian Division One season. We tee off with the 2025 champion Brasschaat Braves.

Perhaps the most important addition to the roster is the new manager Joel McKeon, who used to play for the Braves but also has MLB experience. Beside the addition of some youth players, who will gain some experience with the Division One team, there is only one addition for now: Raf Cocu, who is coming from Oosterhout Twins.

The Braves will try to get back Harry Deliyannis. If that won’t pan out, the club will turn to two new imports for the upcoming season.

Unfortunately a few players have left and one hung up his cleats. Hunter Cooper will not return for a third season, Jamie Peeters will look for greener pastures at Hoboken Pioneers, and Robin Roevens has decided to call it a career.

The coaching staff will change a bit as Kris Beeckmans will focus at the U21 Belgian National team.

Eventual additions will be mentioned here.
